Is this therapy?

No. This is a guided wellness experience focused on nervous system regulation. It does not involve trauma processing or clinical treatment.

Do I have to talk?

No. Sharing is optional. Many participants follow the session quietly.

Why is camera on required?

Camera on helps maintain connection and allows the facilitator to guide the group safely.

What if I miss a week?

The program runs as a four-week series. If you miss a session you simply return the following week.

Can my company reimburse me?

Yes. A receipt can be provided for workplace wellness reimbursement.
