Why is camera on required?
Camera on helps maintain connection and allows the facilitator to guide the group safely.
What if I miss a week?
The program runs as a four-week series. If you miss a session you simply return the following week.
Can my company reimburse me?
Yes. A receipt can be provided for workplace wellness reimbursement.
