About Alyce (she/her/hers)
Welcome to a judgement-free zone where we will collaborate on the best strategy to meet your needs so you can live the rich, full, and meaningful life you deserve.
I know what it means to be too harsh on yourself and hope to help you learn to maintain your standards while also leaving room for mistakes. As a therapist, I work with you to navigate life transitions with the intention of self-growth and awareness while empowering you to be who you truly are.
Comfort and communication are essentials to your progress. The therapy room is a safe space to understand your needs and the uniqueness of your story.
HI! I'm Alyce Keys, a counselor in training currently attending Northwestern University. I am currently available to assist adults with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and interpersonal difficulties. My desire is to help adults who have experienced trauma to heal, work through life challenges, and grow while achieving their life goals.
My training has focused on the psychodynamic approach which explores how childhood experiences effect and shape adult personalities. For the past 6 years, I've had the opportunity to work in the mental health field providing coping skills to those who experienced anxiety, depression and other concerns.
I hope to assist you in finding your peace.
Alyce is available for afternoon and evening individual therapy appointments. Alyce provides sliding scale options with a significantly reduced rate of $35 per session. Self-pay clients only. She is under the direction and supervision of Rayvene Whatley, LPC.
