HI! I'm Alyce Keys, a counselor in training currently attending Northwestern University. I am currently available to assist adults with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and interpersonal difficulties. My desire is to help adults who have experienced trauma to heal, work through life challenges, and grow while achieving their life goals. As a therapist, I work with you to navigate life transitions with the intention of self-growth and awareness while empowering you to be who you truly are.
My training has focused on the psychodynamic approach which explores how childhood experiences effect and shape adult personalities. For the past 6 years, I've had the opportunity to work in the mental health field providing coping skills to those who experienced anxiety, depression and other concerns.
I hope to assist you in finding your peace.
